Our Program

Whether you’ve been thinking about change or working toward change, LiveLiving is where you will experience the change you desire. Change is a part of life, for nothing remains the same. But when change is intentional, integrative and supported, it can lead to an abundant life. That’s the change you will experience through LiveLiving International Foundation.   

Our online courses are designed to promote growth, health and wellbeing.  The group-coaching approach is at the core of our programs. We believe we can inspire each other to make and sustain healthy behavioral changes, especially during times of adversity, by forming intentional transformative relationships. As an African proverb says, if you want to go fast, go alone; but if you want to go far, go together.

Our programs are created by Etta Hornsteiner, founder of LiveLiving International Foundation. Etta is a health and wellness practitioner and coach-consultant. She holds a

  • master’s degree in Education with emphasis in Theatre
  • master’s degree in health and wellness coaching from Maryland University of Integrative Health
  • health and wellbeing coaching certification from Duke University of Integrative Health
  • certification from the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching, and 
  • international certification from International Coaching Federation.

Etta creates unique online courses infused with Christian spirituality so that you may live a life imbued with energy, joy, peace and goodness. That’s the abundant life!

Integrating Science, Lifestyle, and Faith for health and wellbeing

We design integrative health and wellbeing courses within in the context of your faith to support a vibrant and radiant life.

What makes our courses effective is our integrative or whole approach to health and wellbeing.

We use science-based tools, from areas such as neuroscience, positive psychology, cognitive behavior, experiential learning, to help you understand your body from an objective perspective and the best practices that have worked for the body.

We use lifestyle tools, such as nutrition, fitness and meditative movements, and contemplative exercises to build your awareness of your present choices and your new options for health and wellbeing.

At the core of all our courses is group coaching.  We also provide course material. This material is designed to assist you between coaching sessions, to help you bridge the gap between your everyday outcomes and your coaching ideals.

We partner with you through group coaching in real time (LIVE) to create a safe space that is dynamic and transformational. We take care to nurture this space, that we also call holy ground. It is where you experience inspiration, growth, and support in a loving community.
