Blog Body

BODY

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well (Psalm 139:14).

Blog Mind

MIND

Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind (Romans 12:2).

Spirit representing holistic health and wellness blog

SPIRIT

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own (1 Corinthians 6:19).

The goal of LiveLiving is to be an expression of holistic health and wellness. The organization operates from the premise that we are one entity, compromised of body, mind and spirit. To be healthy one cannot ignore his or her body any more than his or her spiritual state. Our bodies, minds and spirits do not function independently, but rather intradependently. As a result, each health and wellness blog focuses on integrating physical, mental and spiritual health whilst promoting proper nutrition, exercise, stretching, meditation and harmonious living as Christians within the culture in which we live. Some of our health and wellness blogs address cultural issues, which we feel impact our well-being as well.
