Papaya Fruit Salad Recipe

1 fresh Papaya
2 Bosc Pears
1 tbsp ginger- finely grated
¼ cup honey
1 cup frozen cherries – thawed and chopped
2 apricots – chopped
2 tbsp toasted pine nuts
Chop papaya, pears, and apricots into large chunkes. Add cherries, nuts, honey and ginger to fruit mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
